Refund Policy

 

Merchandise

If you are not entirely satisfied with your merchandise, we’re here to help.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Our manufacturing partners take care of returns for us and their return address is displayed on the front of every package we deliver.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase attached.

Once our partners receive your item, they will inspect it and we will inform you that they have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

E-Tickets and PPV purchases

 

We do not provide refunds for E-Tickets or PPV purchases under any circumstances.

Unwanted event tickets may be exchanged, however, Chalked Out will not be held responsible in any way and have no connection to this transaction. We reserve the right to decline entry to anyone who doesn’t follow our E-Tickets T&C’s, including customers who buy tickets from anyone other than Chalked Out directly.
